She brings over 20 years of experience across chemicals, energy, and renewables, including senior leadership at Neste as Executive Vice President for Renewable Products and Road Transportation, where she oversaw a business generating €8 billion in sales. Her career also includes senior commercial roles at Dow, as well as board-level leadership in Cefic, where she chaired Europe’s Sustainability Agenda. At Vioneo, Arnaud Cachard serves as CFO where he leads capital mobilisation, structured finance, and investment planning to support the scaling of fossil-free plastics across Europe. He joins from senior structured finance roles in banking, most recently as co-head of Export Finance at Credit Suisse, and prior to that leading export and specialised finance in Asia for HSBC. Arnaud has extensive track record in complex project, infrastructure, and export financing transactions across Europe and Asia, building and overseeing franchises that deliver project-level and export credit backed deals. Holding a Master in Finance from ESCP, he combines technical financing expertise with the ability to structure large-CAPEX, high-risk sustainable industrial projects—expertise that is core to Vioneo’s effort to build its first commercial facility.

At Vioneo, Didier Chapon oversees operations, bringing nearly three decades of operations leadership across major petrochemical sites in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He has extensive experience in operations readiness, commissioning, and start-up of large-scale assets, including leading a $7 billion petrochemical project in Oman. Didier’s background also includes managing technical due diligence for project funding, implementing rigorous safety frameworks, and driving operational excellence across global teams. His expertise ensures Vioneo’s facilities are built and run to world-class standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability.

She brings over 20 years of international experience, including senior roles at Dow and IBM, where she drove sustainability communications and European advocacy initiatives. He has directed large-scale polyolefin and petrochemical projects worldwide, including billion-euro EPC phases for Borealis and SIBUR. Rob’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle—FEED, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning—with a strong emphasis on HSE leadership during construction. She brings extensive experience from Ørsted, where she drove global Power-2-X market development and held leadership roles in offshore wind operations and commercial functions.
